Market Logic Network LLC provides tailored marketing and consulting services, including but not limited to:

Each service is customized per client and detailed in individual agreements.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.

  • Payment Methods: Clients may pay via one-time payments or recurring payments for monthly services.
  • Custom Pricing: All pricing is outlined in the client’s specific Services Agreement.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment terms vary by agreement. Some services require a down payment, with the balance due upon completion.
  • Taxes: Market Logic Network LLC does not charge taxes unless required by law.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis if Market Logic Network LLC does not fulfill the work as per the agreement.
  • Cancellation of Monthly Services: Clients must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel monthly services.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Third-party service costs (e.g., CRM licenses) and setup fees for completed projects that have been accepted by the client are non-refundable.

6. Ownership of Deliverables

  • Clients own all marketing materials (e.g., ads, landing pages, CRM setups) upon project completion.
  • Market Logic Network LLC does not grant licenses for strategies/templates, as all implementations are tailor-made for clients.
  • Clients pay for CRM licenses and third-party services directly.

7. Service Guarantees & Liability

  • Market Logic Network LLC may or may not provide service guarantees depending on the specific Services Agreement.
  • The Company is not liable for third-party service failures, system downtime, or issues beyond our control.
  • In the event of a dispute, resolution will be sought through mediation.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Florida, USA.

9. Modifications to Terms

Market Logic Network LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
